Course Description

Runners will tackle a 10.5 km loop that winds through the foothills of Wild Horse Mountain, starting and finishing at the carpark at the mountain’s base. The course blends pine forest trails, open grass sections, gravel, sand and compacted dirt, offering a true mixed‑terrain experience. Scenic views of the Glasshouse Mountains and surrounding eucalypt woodlands provide a rewarding backdrop, while occasional gentle climbs test endurance. The marathon and half‑marathon distances are completed over multiple laps, whereas the 10 km and 10 K races cover a single lap, and a 1.5 km fun run offers a family‑friendly option. Well‑marked routes and aid stations ensure a safe and enjoyable race day.
