Course Description

The race day kicks off at Hallora Recreation Reserve (1530 Main South Road, Hallora) before heading south on Main South Road into Drouin. Runners follow the Two Towns Trail, looping through picturesque farmland and bushland, with a notable turnaround at the Drouin footy oval. The marathon and 24 km events feature a single‑direction out‑and‑back, while shorter distances use an 8 km out‑and‑back loop that returns to Western Park Football Oval in Warragul for a festive finish. Expect a mix of sealed road, compacted trail and gentle hills, with water stations every 5 km and ample crowd support along the route.

Getting There

The event hub is Western Park Football Oval in Warragul. Parking is available on‑site to the right of the club rooms, with additional spaces on Tarwin Street and the second oval. A shuttle bus departs Western Park at 5:20 am or 6:00 am (cost $7) for the 42 km and 24 km start line at Hallora Recreation Reserve. Arrive early to collect your bib – 42 km/24 km bibs are available from 5:30 am at Hallora Rec, other events from one hour before start at Western Park club rooms.
