Course Description
Race 7 marks the exciting finale of the Hills Tri Series 2025/26 season at the world-class Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith. Athletes will tackle a safe, closed-facility course featuring crystal-clear flat-water swimming in the regatta's pristine rowing lanes, followed by bike and run legs on smooth, traffic-free paths around the venue. The Sprint Distance offers a challenging 750m swim, 20km bike, and 5km run, whilst the Enticer Distance provides a more accessible 250m swim, 10km bike, and 2.5km run. Junior categories ensure young athletes have age-appropriate challenges. Aqua Bike and Aqua Run alternatives cater to athletes focusing on specific disciplines. The flat, fast course is ideal for personal bests, whilst the controlled environment guarantees safe racing for all ability levels.

Getting There
Sydney International Regatta Centre is located at Penrith Lakes, approximately 55km west of Sydney CBD. Take the M4 Motorway to the Castlereagh Road exit, then follow signs to the Regatta Centre.
