Women-only adventure race where teams of two paddle, bike, run/walk, and navigate to checkpoints. All fitness levels welcome, kids 8+ can race with adult. Course kept secret until race morning. Set between stunning beaches, lush national parks, and tranquil lakes. Limited to 150 teams. About women making time for themselves, health, fitness, and team support.

Course Description

This 4-hour adventure race takes teams of two through the stunning southern Central Coast landscape. The exact course remains secret until race morning, when you'll receive your maps and navigate using compass and checkpoints. Expect approximately 3km of kayaking (double kayaks supplied), 10-12km of mountain biking, and 5-7km of running or walking. Set between pristine beaches, lush national parks, and tranquil waterways, the course is designed to be challenging yet accessible. Navigation is beginner-friendly with plenty of support for first-timers. There are no cut-off times, allowing teams to race competitively or focus on finishing at their own pace.

Getting There

The exact race location on the southern Central Coast will be announced approximately 30 days before the event. The venue is easily accessible from Sydney (approximately 90 minutes north) via the M1 Pacific Motorway. Parking details will be provided with the venue announcement. Plan to arrive by 8:00 AM to allow time for registration, gear check, and the pre-race briefing at 8:30 AM. Carpooling with your teammate is recommended.

Weather & What to Pack

April on the Central Coast offers pleasant autumn conditions, with average temperatures ranging from 15-23°C. Mornings can be cool, warming up as the day progresses. Expect moderate humidity and generally stable weather, though occasional showers are possible. Bring sun protection as UV levels remain moderate even in autumn. Layer your clothing so you can adjust as you warm up during the race. The water temperature will be around 20-22°C for kayaking. Pack a change of clothes for post-race comfort.
