Athletes then transition to a flat, rolling bike course that hugs the coastline and local roads, offering quick speeds and plenty of spectator support. The run consists of two laps on the paved Mooloolaba Esplanade, delivering scenic ocean views and a lively crowd cheering you to the finish.
