Event Details
Course Description
The sprint course begins with a 750‑metre flag‑shaped swim at the eastern end of Mooloolaba Main Beach, swimming anti‑clockwise with two left‑hand turns before returning to shore. Athletes then cycle up and over Alexandra Headlands, completing three laps of a scenic coastal road. The final leg is a single clockwise 5km run that showcases stunning ocean views along the Sunshine Coast. The mixed terrain of beach, road and coastal paths offers a fast, non‑drafting race that is both picturesque and challenging.
