Weather & What to Pack
May in Hobart brings crisp autumn conditions with temperatures typically ranging from 7-15°C. Morning starts can be particularly cool, with possible frost, so dress in layers you can remove as you warm up. Conditions are generally dry, though rain is possible - pack a light waterproof jacket. The low humidity makes for comfortable running weather. Sunrise is around 7:30 AM, so earlier starts may need reflective gear. Plan for sun protection as UV levels can still be moderate. Hydration stations are provided on course.
