Course Description

Experience racing in paradise with one of Australia's most spectacular triathlon courses. The IRONMAN 70.3 Cairns begins with a palm-tree lined ocean swim in the warm tropical waters off Palm Cove's pristine white sandy beach. The bike leg takes you along a completely closed coastal highway with breathtaking views of the Great Barrier Reef, offering one of the world's most stunning cycling experiences through Tropical North Queensland. The flat and fast run course weaves through the main strip of Cairns, lined with enthusiastic supporters creating an electric atmosphere.
