Weather & What to Pack

May in Melbourne typically brings mild autumn weather with morning temperatures ranging from 8-15°C. Expect cool conditions at the 6:45am start, warming slightly as the sun rises. Humidity is generally moderate, and there's a possibility of light rain. Dress in layers with moisture-wicking running gear - long sleeves or a lightweight jacket are recommended for the start.
