Event Details
Course Description
The race kicks off on the San Remo foreshore just south of the pier. Competitors swim 550 m across the Westernport channel to Newhaven on Phillip Island at ebb tide. After a quick transition on Old Bridge Rd/Dr (changed for 2027 bridge works), participants don their shoes and tackle a 2 km run back over the picturesque Phillip Island Bridge, up Phillip Island Rd, then turn back into town to finish in front of the San Remo Hotel Motel. Expect coastal breezes, stunning water views and a lively finish line surrounded by cheering locals.
Getting There
The race hub is at the San Remo Hotel Motel on Woolamai Beach Rd, Cape Woolamai. Parking and public‑transport options are not detailed on the event page, so check the official website or contact the organisers for the latest information.
