Course Description

The race kicks off on a flat, scenic looped run course surrounding Norville Pool, then heads into the 50‑metre pool where athletes complete a 400‑metre swim by crossing each lane once. Competitors repeat the run‑swim transition, finishing with a shorter 2‑km run. The course is entirely flat with guaranteed clear water, offering a fast, family‑friendly experience while still challenging athletes with multiple change‑over points. Junior and beginner formats provide shorter runs and wade‑swim sections, ensuring everyone can take part.
