Course Description

The Enticer Course starts with a 200‑metre lake swim, followed by a flat 10‑kilometre bike ride that loops around the picturesque shores of Lake Bonney, and finishes with a gentle 2.5‑kilometre run on paved paths. The longer Sprint Course begins with an 800‑metre swim, then a 20‑kilometre bike leg that stays on quiet country roads, and ends with a 5‑kilometre run along the lake’s promenade. Both routes showcase the Riverland’s wide open skies, vineyards and the tranquil waterside backdrop, offering a fast‑flowing, mostly road‑based experience suitable for beginners and seasoned triathletes alike.
